We want you to be confident trying Tabula. This policy describes when we offer refunds and how to request one. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Reasonable Tech Co. through the Tabula web dashboard. Customers who reach Tabula through a reseller or marketplace should consult that channel’s policies first.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee on first paid plan
If you are dissatisfied with the Service within 30 days of your first subscription charge, write to billing@reasonabletech.co from the email address on your account and we will refund the subscription fee in full. The guarantee covers the first paid plan; it does not extend to renewals.
2. Cancellations and prorated refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains available until then. We do not automatically prorate refunds for partial months. Where a refund is appropriate (for example, accidental renewal we agree was in error), we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the period.
3. Usage and overage fees
Metered usage that exceeds the allowances of your plan is billed in arrears. Usage charges are non-refundable once the underlying work has been performed by our infrastructure providers. If you believe usage was billed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days and we will investigate; valid disputes will be credited back.
4. Trial databases
Trial databases are provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund. If you upgrade a trial to a paid plan and exercise the 30-day money-back guarantee, your refund is governed by Section 1.
5. Service-credit policy
In place of cash refunds for short outages, we may offer service credits prorated against the affected billing period. Service credits will be the sole remedy for availability issues that fall short of a material breach.
6. How refunds are issued
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used by Stripe. Bank settlement typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. We do not issue cash, wire, or off-platform refunds.
7. Disputes & chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact billing@reasonabletech.co. We can typically resolve billing concerns within two business days; chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
